The Tide'S Inn, Parksville

I had an amazing time at this hotel during my getaway! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the outdoor relaxation area was a wonderful surprise. The staff went out of their way to help us, especially with charging our car. However, I do wish there were plugs by the beds to make charging devices easier. Overall, it was a great stay with lots of fun activities.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel, which started with their poor communication. When we arrived late due to ferry schedules, the key wasn’t left for us, leaving us stranded at night. To make matters worse, I found the manager unhelpful and rude when I finally got to speak with her. The room we received lacked basic amenities, and the overall service left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
